Z-KEY (HW revision F0) دستگاهی است که شبکه ها را گسترش می دهد و به داده های فرآیند اجازه می دهد بین سطوح مختلف IT و معماری ارتباطات صنعتی منتقل شوند. Z-KEY انتقال سیگنالها را بین ModBUS TCP-IP/ModBUS RTU در 10 حالت عملیاتی تضمین میکند و تعداد گرههای قابل اتصال و فواصل قابل دسترسی را در شبکه افزایش میدهد. این دستگاه همچنین می تواند شبکه سریال را با عملکرد به عنوان یک COM مجازی از راه دور شفاف به پروتکل ارتباط سریال گسترش دهد.
این دستگاه به 1 پورت اترنت 100 Tx و 2 پورت سریال (RS232/RS485، RS485) مجهز است و به لطف سوئیچهای DIP، وب سرورها و ابزارهای نرمافزاری مانند SDD (دستگاه کشف سنکا)، SESC (Seneca) امکانات پیکربندی متعددی را ارائه میدهد. اتصال اترنت به سریال)، EASY SETUP2. عملکردهای پیشرفته شامل پشتیبانی از سرور اینترنت اشیا “Cloud BOX”، تشخیص سریال پیشرفته، و حالت “قرنطینه” با زمان قابل تنظیم برای دستگاه های خراب است.
